1. The day before: we text to confirm your time.
2. On the way: you get an "on my way" text.
3. Walkaround: we look the car over with you and take photos of any existing damage.
4. The detail: top to bottom, dry work first: vacuum, plastics, shampoo and extraction, glass.
5. Final walkaround: you check it over before paying. Missed anything? We fix it on the spot.

An Interior Refresh takes about 1–1.5 hours. A Full Interior Detail takes about 2.5–3.5 hours, depending on the size and condition of the vehicle.

Only at the start and the end, so we can go over the car together. We'll text you when it's done.

An outdoor outlet within about 50 feet for our vacuum and extractor, and enough room to open all the doors. In winter, a garage helps.

Those need special handling. Tell us in the quote, or text us photos, and we'll let you know if we can take it on. If we find them on arrival and they weren't mentioned, there's a cleanup fee (see below).
